Recent applied learning experiences include:
Coach development visit to Middlesbrough FC, involving live session observation and reflective discussion around academy practice
Accepted onto a forthcoming development visit with West Ham United, focusing on Foundation and Youth Development Phase alignment
Invited to a four-day international study visit at GNK Dinamo Zagreb Academy, providing exposure to European academy methodology and long-term player development models
